基于CiteSpace的苗药芪胶升白胶囊可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨苗药芪胶升白胶囊的研究现状、热点及前沿趋势。方法 以“芪胶升白胶囊”为主题词检索2005年1月1日至2023年6月30日CNKI、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Si-noMed)中芪胶升白胶囊的相关文献,采用CiteSpace 6.2.R4.软件绘制作者及机构的合作网络图谱,关键词共现、聚类、时间线及突现词图谱。结果 共纳入117篇文献,张仕林、刘莉等合作较为密切;机构间合作以贵州汉方药业有限公司、北京中医药大学东直门医院血液科较密切,其他机构间合作较少。芪胶升白胶囊、白细胞减少症、化疗、骨髓抑制、恶性肿瘤等为热点关键词,7个聚类可分为作用机制、临床应用、成分研究3组。近5年气血两虚证、血人参、转移性乳腺癌、不良反应等成为较新的研究热点。结论 芪胶升白胶囊的研究热点主要集中在临床疗效、药物成分及防治抗肿瘤药物导致骨髓抑制、白细胞减少等。苗药芪胶升白胶囊具有较好的发展趋势,但各机构资源整合共享有待加强。Objective To discuss the research status,hot-spots and frontier trends of Miao medicine Qijao Shengbai capsule.Methods Related literature of Qijiao Shengbai capsule was searched in CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed)from January 1,2005 to June 30,2023 with the subject word of“Qijiao Shengbai Capsule”.The software Citespace 6.2.R4 was used to draw the cooperative network map of authors and institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,time line and emergent word map.Results A total of 117 literatures were included.Zhang Shilin,Liu Li,and some others had close cooperation.Guizhou Hanfang Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD and Hematology Department of Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine had close cooperation among institutions,while other institutions had less cooperation.The hot keywords included Qijao Shengbai capsule,leukopenia,chemotherapy,bone marrow suppression,malignant tumors,and etc.The 7 clusters could be divided into three groups:mechanism of action,clinical application,and component research.In recent 5 years,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,blood ginseng,metastatic breast cancer,and adverse reactions have become new research hot-spots.Conclusion The research hot-spots of Qijao Shengbai capsule mainly focus on its clinical efficacy,drug composition,and the prevention and treatment of adverse reactions caused by anti-tumor drugs,such as bone marrow suppression and leukopenia.Miao medicine Qijao Shengbai capsule has a good development trend,but the integration and sharing of resources among institutions need to be strengthened.
