摘　　要：本文以广州市中心城区为研究对象,随机抽取10个养老机构进行实地调研和访谈,发现其现存问题主要涉及场地规划、空间组织、公共空间配比、功能配置和适老化设计五个方面,进而提出设计策略。研究表明场地规划上要完善无障碍通行条件,合理组织人车流线;空间组织上要提高灵活性,注重空间的功能复合与分时利用;公共空间配比上要理性增加床位,保证公共空间配比稳定,找到二者的平衡点;功能配置上要加强对老年人需求的了解,并积极整合周边资源;适老化设计上要提高专业性,并改善物理环境品质。Taking the central urban area of Guangzhou as the research object,this paper randomly selects 10 elderly care institutions to conduct field investigations and interviews,and summarizes that the existing problems mainly involved five aspects:site planning,spatial organization,public space ratio,functional configuration and age-appropriate design,and then proposes design strategies.The research shows that the site planning should improve the barrier-free access conditions and make organization of pedestrian flow line reasonable.The flexibility of space organization should be improved,and the functional compound and time-sharing utilization of space should be emphasized.In the proportion of public space,it is necessary to rationally increase the number of beds,ensure the stability of the proportion of public space,and find the balance point between them.Functional allocation should strengthen the understanding of the needs of the elderly,and actively integrate the surrounding resources.It is necessary to improve the professionalism of the aging design and improve the quality of the physical environment.
