摘　　要：在国际贸易环境下,生物技术产品因其独特的创新性和市场需求,成为全球经济中的重要组成部分。然而,这些产品在国际市场上受到了多方面的法律制约,这不仅限制了其国际贸易的顺利进行,也对其发展带来挑战。本研究旨在探讨生物技术产品在国际贸易中所面临的法律制约,并着眼于揭示这些制约背后的机遇。通过分析国际贸易法律框架、生物技术产品法规和标准、各国政策差异以及法律对生物技术产品贸易的制约,探讨现阶段法律对生物技术产品国际贸易的影响。未来,本研究尝试对未来关于生物技术产品的法律发展趋势和国际贸易方向进行预测,并提出了促进生物技术产品国际贸易发展的有益建议,以图探索各国和国际组织在可能的法律制约和框架下,促进生物技术产品在国际市场上的持续发展,从而推动全球经济和技术创新的进步。In the international trade environment,biotechnology products have become an important component of the global economy due to their unique innovation and market demand.However,these products are subject to various legal constraints in the international market,which not only limits their international trade but also poses challenges to their development.This study aims to explore the legal constraints faced by biotechnology products in international trade,and aims to reveal the opportunities behind these constraints.By analyzing the legal framework for international trade,regulations and standards for biotechnology products,policy differences among countries,and legal constraints on biotechnology product trade,this study explores the current impact of laws on international trade of biotechnology products.In the future,this study predicts legal development trends and international trade directions,and proposes suggestions to promote the development of international trade in biotechnology products.These analyses and recommendations aim to guide countries and international organizations to promote the sustainable development of biotechnology products in the international market under legal constraints,thereby promoting progress in global economic and technological innovation.
