全面抗战时期国民政府对河南的盐业改革探析

摘　　要：全面抗战时期,由于战争影响,国民政府采取了保国稳民等措施增加财政收入。在此背景下,河南盐业进行系列改革,调整盐税税率与盐价、整顿盐务机构、革新运销制度与销售方式等,这些措施不仅增加了河南盐税收入,推动了战时河南经济的革新与发展,对支持抗战亦有积极意义。During the period of the War of Resistance against Japan,the Nationalist government adopted measures such as safeguarding the country and stabilizing the people to increase fiscal revenue due to the influence of the war.In this context,Henan’s salt industry carried out a series of reforms,adjusting salt tax rates and prices,rectifying salt affairs institutions,reforming transportation and sales systems.These measures not only increased Henan’s salt tax revenue,promoted the reform and development of Henan’s economy during the war,but also had positive significance in supporting the resistance war.
