摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者“互联网+”居家护理服务需求,分析其影响因素并寻找对策,为开展“互联网+”居家护理提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查法于2021年10月至2022年12月对百色市某三甲医院呼吸与危重症医学科住院的193例COPD患者进行调查,研究工具包括一般资料调查问卷、患者对“互联网+”居家护理服务需求问卷。结果COPD患者对“互联网+”居家护理服务需求程度排名前三位依次为COPD急性加重期预防(93.78%)、用药护理(89.64%)、功能锻炼指导(89.12%)。文化程度、职业、家庭人均收入、居住地、医保类型、患病时长、住院次数、自理能力、有无人工气道是COPD患者“互联网+”居家护理服务需求的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论COPD患者对“互联网+”居家护理服务需求程度高,在制订居家护理服务流程和服务项目时,应全方位、多角度地考虑COPD患者的实际需求,提供专业化、个性化的服务项目,让其感受到“互联网+”带来的便利。Objective To explore the needs of"Internet+"home care services for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out"Internet+"home care.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 193 COPD patients hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of a national comprehensive three A-level hospital in Baise from October 2021 to December 2022.Research tools included a general data questionnaire and a patient's"Internet+"home care service demand questionnaire.Results The top three needs of COPD patients for"Internet+"home care services were the prevention of acute exacerbation of COPD(93.78%),medication care(89.64%),and functional exercise guidance(89.12%).Education levels,occupation,family per capita income,place of residence,type of medical insurance,duration of illness,number of hospitalizations,self-care ability,and presence or absence of artificial airway were the influencing factors of"Internet+"home care needs of COPD patients(P<0.01).Conclusion COPD patients have a high demand for"Internet+"home care services.When formulating home care service processes and service projects,we should consider the actual needs of COPD patients in an all-round and multi-angle manner,provide professional and personalized service projects,and make them feel the convenience of"Internet+".
