摘　　要：【目的】硬X射线自由电子激光项目责任主体多、时间跨度大、文档数量多,单独的纸质档案已无法覆盖项目全部建设内容,故急需一套数字化电子档案系统。【方法】硬X射线自由电子激光电子档案库着眼于硬线项目档案长期数字化保存与利用,总体上基于集中式部署分布式利用的原则,针对项目开发人员、总体档案员、项目档案员和项目管理者对档案的输入、管理和查看等不同需求,分为电子档案库前端系统和后端系统。【结果】该系统可满足硬X射线自由电子激光项目电子档案的导入、整理、存储、鉴定、利用、统计及系统管理等功能。[Objective]Shanghai HIgh repetitioN rate XFEL and Extreme light facility(SHINE)involves many departments,a long construction period,and a large number of documents.Paper documents only cannot cover all the construction contents of this project,so a digital electronic record archive system is urgently needed.[Methods]The SHINE electronic record archive system,based on the principle of centralized deployment and distributed utilization,focuses on long-term digital preservation and utilization of SHINE project documents.Considering the different requirements from project developers,overall archivists,project archivists,and project managers regarding to archive input,management,and viewing,the system is divided into a front-end system and a back-end system.[Results]The system can fulfill various functions upon archives,in-cluding importing,sorting,storing,identifying,utilizing,statistics and system management for the SHINE.
