低地板电机圆铜线集中式成形绕组制造工艺分析及设计

摘　　要：低地板电机集中式成形绕组制作在线圈绕组和成形固化存在工艺难点。从布线方案设计、绕线模具设计等方面,保证了绕组绕制工艺的可靠。在绕组固化工艺方面,通过加热固化和通大电流对比,结合试验验证情况,选取最优线匝胶化成形工艺。There are technical difficulties in making centralized forming windings for low floor motors in winding and forming curing.The reliability of winding process was ensured from the aspects of wiring scheme design and winding die design.In the winding curing process,through the comparison of heating curing and high current,combined with the test verification,the optimal turning glue forming process was selected.
