摘  要:某电厂锅炉制粉系统管径及排粉机设计选型偏大,在运行过程中乏气门开度较小,节流阻力大、排粉机耗电量大。由于管径大、气体流速减缓以及排粉机入口弯管对接焊接不平滑,易产生积粉,在制粉系统运行过程中容易发生积粉自燃,存在安全隐患。针对上述问题,重新设计、制造锅炉排粉机及其入口管道,结合锅炉检修机会进行改造,实施后取得了较好效果。The pipe diameter and powder discharge machine selection of the boiler pulverizing system are relatively large,causing low valve opening,high throttle resistance,and large electricity consumption of the powder discharge machine in the process of operation.Due to the large pipe di-ameter,gas flow rate slows down,and the butt weld of the curved pipe at the inlet of the powder dis-charger is not smooth,which is a potential safety hazard that it is easy to have powder accumulation and even leads to spontaneous combustion during the operation of the pulverizing system.In view of the above problems,the boiler powder discharger and its inlet piping were redesigned and manufac-tured,and the transformation was carried out during the boiler overhaul,better results were achieved after the implementation.
