摘  要:针对某钢铁厂高炉风口水腔结垢问题,对垢样进行X射线衍射(XRD)检测,检测结果显示垢样的主要成分为CaSO_(4)、CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O和CaSO_(4)·0.5H_(2)O。分析高炉风口循环冷却水水质和原有阻垢剂性能,提出相应的改善措施,调控循环冷却水硬度在400 mg/L以下,并在原阻垢剂中配加6 mg/L乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠(EDTMPS),有效避免了风口水垢的形成,提高了高炉风口的寿命。In response to the scaling problem in the cavity of blast furnace tuyere of an iron and steel plant,the scale samples were subjected to X-ray diffraction(XRD)test-ing,which showed that the main components of the scale samples were CaSO_(4),CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O,and CaSO_(4)·0.5H_(2)O.Through analyzing the quality of circulating cooling water in the blast furnace tuyere and the performance of the original scale inhibitor,corresponding im-provement measures were proposed,which is regulating the hardness of circulating cooling water below 400 mg/L and adding 6 mg/L EDTMPS in the original scale inhibitor,the for-mation of scale in the tuyere was effectively avoided,and the service life of the blast fur-nace tuyere was improved.
