摘 要:以湘钢干熄焦炭为研究对象,通过模拟干熄炉循环气体CO浓度、气料比等工况条件,研究不同粒级混合焦样的起始反应温度和快速反应温度以及二者的温度差。结果表明,与纯CO_(2)气氛下的焦样起始反应温度(445℃)、快速反应温度(944℃)相比,当混合气体CO浓度由1.5%提高到7.5%时,焦样起始反应温度和快速反应温度分别提高了34℃、59℃、72℃、80℃和48℃、73℃、79℃、84℃,说明适当增大混合气体中CO浓度,可以抑制干熄炉内的焦炭溶损反应;当增大反应气体流量时,焦炭的起始反应温度由570℃逐步下降至517℃,快速反应温度由1058℃逐步下降至1023℃,表明干熄炉内单位时间气体流动速率加快,会增大焦炭与CO_(2)间的反应率,促进焦炭溶损反应。Taking the dry quenched coke of Xiangsteel as the research object,the start-ing reaction temperature and rapid reaction temperature of mixed coke samples of different grain sizes as well as the temperature difference between the two were investigated by simu-lating the working conditions such as circulating gas CO concentration and gas to material ratio in the dry quenching furnace.The results show that compared with the starting reac-tion temperature(445℃)and rapid reaction temperature(944℃)of coke samples under pure CO_(2) atmosphere,the starting reaction temperature and rapid reaction temperature of coke samples increased by 34℃,59℃,72℃,80℃,and 48℃,73℃,79℃,84℃,re-spectively,when the CO concentration of the gas mixture was increased from 1.5%to 7.5%,which indicates that the appropriate increase of the gas mixture in the CO concentration can inhibit the coke dissolution reaction in the dry quenching furnace.When the reaction gas flow rate was increased,the starting reaction temperature of coke gradually decreased from 570℃to 517℃,and the rapid reaction temperature gradually decreased from 1058℃to 1023℃,indicating that the accelerated gas flow rate per unit time in the dry quenching oven would increase the reaction chance between coke and CO_(2),and promote the coke dissolution reaction.
