摘 要:连铸大包回转支承状态监控目前有传动电机电流监控、润滑油品理化指标检测以及应力波检测等几种有效方法,分别采用这几种方法对回转支承整个劣化过程进行了数据采集和分析,并通过现场解体后的现象和数据对几种方法预判结果进行了验证,可为低速重载类设备状态维护提供参考。The condition monitoring of the slewing bearing for caster ladle turret cur-rently has several effective methods,such as drive motor current monitoring,lubricant physi-cal and chemical index detection and stress wave detection.These methods were used re-spectively to collect and analyze data on the whole deterioration process of the slewing bear-ing,and the prediction results of those methods were verified by the phenomena and data after disassembling in the field,which can provide a reference for the condition mainte-nance of low-speed and heavy-duty type equipment.
