摘　　要：泵用机械密封安装水平的高低,直接影响到设备运行和生产稳定。机械密封是防止设备运行中发生流体泄漏的重要部件,熟练掌握机械密封的正确安装非常重要。根据泵用机械密封的原理和要求,通过一种泵盖、轴套预装法来确定机械密封在轴套上的安装位置,使机械密封的安装更简便、可靠、精准,更好地保障和完善了泵用机械密封的安全性、密封性。The installation level of mechanical seals for pumps directly affects equip-ment operation and production stability.Mechanical seal is an important part to prevent fluid leakage in the operation of equipment,it is very important to master the correct instal-lation of mechanical seal.According to the principle and requirements of pump mechanical seals,the installation position of mechanical seals on the shaft sleeve is determined by a kind of pump cover and shaft sleeve pre-installation method,which makes the installation of mechanical seals easier,more reliable and precise,which could better guarantee and im-prove the safety and sealing of pump mechanical seals.
