摘 要:石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统中,烟气中的二氧化硫被浆液吸收,生成不稳定的亚硫酸钙或者亚硫酸氢钙。通过氧化风机强制向吸收塔浆池中鼓入一定量的空气,可将亚硫酸钙氧化成硫酸钙,当硫酸钙达到一定饱和度后会结晶形成二水石膏浆液,浆液经脱水后可形成固体石膏。当脱硫塔氧化风量不足时,会造成脱硫效率降低、石膏难以脱水、石灰石耗量增加、吸收塔浆液密度增长速度快、浆液中毒等问题,在一定程度上影响了主机组安全运行。通过对湿法脱硫氧化风量不足的原因进行分析,从设备维护、在线检修等方面提出了有效应对措施。In the limestone-gypsum wet FGD system,the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is absorbed by the slurry to produce unstable calcium sulfite or calcium bisulfite.When the oxidation fan is forcing a certain amount of air into the slurry pool of the absorption tower,calcium sulfite can be oxidized into calcium sulfate,when calcium sulfate reaches a certain degree of saturation,it will crystallize to form gypsum dihydrate slurry,and the slurry can be formed into solid gypsum after dewatering.When the oxidation air volume of the desulfur-ization tower is insufficient,it will cause the desulfurization efficiency to be reduced,gyp-sum is difficult to be dehydrated,limestone consumption is increased,the density of the ab-sorption tower grows at a fast rate,and the slurry is poisoned,etc.,which affects the safe operation of the main unit.By analyzing the reasons for insufficient oxidation air volume in wet desulfurization,effective countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of equipment maintenance and online maintenance.
