摘　　要：在当代中国政治经验中,人民是中国共产党和广大群众密切结合在一起的政治实体力量,是全过程人民民主的根本主体。就理论逻辑而言,作为根本主体的人民在政治生活中发挥着作为整体性质的政治实体的作用,不仅由人民掌握国家权力,并定型为国家制度,而且由国家权力机关来代表人民,真正的将人民当家作主落实到全过程人民民主的实践之中。就历史脉络而言,人民是中国共产党通过组织、动员、教育等方式,将广大群众团结在自身领导之下,从而塑造的能够推动历史进步的积极力量,中国共产党既塑造人民又代表人民,并且使人民作为整体性质的政治实体力量存续于全过程人民民主的实践之中。就实践形式而言,中国共产党是内在于人民之中的领导力量,民主党派、人民团体、群众组织等都是人民的重要组成部分,在中国共产党的领导下形成“多元一体”的政治实体即人民,推动着全过程人民民主的发展与深化。In the contemporary Chinese political experience,the people are the political entity power closely integrated with the Communist Party of China and the broad masses.They are the fundamental subjects of the full-process peoples democracy.In terms of theoretical logic,as the fundamental subjects,the people play the role of an overall political entity in political life.Not only do the people hold state power and shape it into a state system,but they are also represented by state power organs,truly implementing the principle of the people being the masters in the practice of full-process peoples democracy.In terms of historical context,the people are the positive force shaped by the Communist Party of China through organization,mobilization,education,and other means,uniting the broad masses under its leadership,thereby driving historical progress.The Communist Party of China both shapes and represents the people,and ensures the peoples existence as an overall political entity power in the practice of full-process peoples democracy.In terms of practical forms,the Communist Party of China is the leadership force inherent in the people.Democratic parties,peoples organizations,mass organizations,and so on are all important components of the people.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,a"pluralistic and integrated"political entity,which is the people,is formed,promoting the development and deepening of full-process people's democracy.
