摘 要:数字经济作为一种新型经济形态,对劳动力市场运转以及劳动者就业质量产生影响。本文利用2008—2021年省级面板数据,从劳动力资源配置角度解释数字经济发展对高质量就业的影响的内在机理。结果表明:数字经济发展会显著促进高质量就业。其中,劳动力资源配置效率在两者关系间发挥机制作用,即数字经济发展会通过改善劳动力错配程度来实现高质量就业。进一步分析表明,数字经济发展促进高质量就业具备“边际效应”递增的非线性特征,且地区劳动力错配程度在其中发挥门槛作用,会负向调节两者间的非线性关系。因此,推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合,引导劳动力要素合理畅通有序流动,对实现更高质量充分就业具有重要意义。As a new form of economy,the digital economy has a profound impact on the operation of the labor market and the quality of employment for workers.Therefore,the article uses the provincial panel data from 2008 to 2021 to study the impact of digital economy development on high-quality employment,and explains its underlying mechanism from the perspective of labor resource allocation.The results indicate that the development of the digital economy will significantly promote high-quality employment.The efficiency of labor resource allocation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the two,that is,the development of the digital economy helps achieve high-quality employment by improving the degree of labor mismatch.Further analysis shows that the development of the digital economy promotes high-quality employment with a non-linear characteristic of increasing marginal effects,and the degree of regional labor mismatch plays a threshold role in it,which will negatively regulate the non-linear relationship between the two.Therefore,promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,and guiding the rational and orderly free flow of labor factors are of great significance for achieving higher-quality and sufficient employment.
