摘  要:采用化学成分、力学性能、宏观形貌、金相检验和扫描电镜相结合的方法,对65Mn盘条拉拔断裂的原因进行分析。样品心部裂纹孔洞处存在严重的Mn、S、P偏析,是65Mn盘条拉拔断裂的主要原因。同时,硅酸盐夹杂物含量控制偏高,增加拉拔断裂发生的几率。通过将中包钢水过热度控制在30℃内、LF精炼炉渣碱度提高到3.5、精炼后软吹时间大于10 min和连铸拉速控制在1.9±0.1 m/min,解决了65Mn弹簧钢心部偏析和拉拔断丝问题。Using a combination of chemical composition,mechanical properties,macroscopic morphology,metallographic examination,and scanning electron microscopy,the causes of tensile fracture of 65Mn wire rods were analyzed.There is severe Mn,S,and P segregation at the crack hole in the center of the sample,which is the main reason for the tensile fracture of 65Mn wire rod.At the same time,the control of silicate inclusion content is too high,which increases the probability of tensile fracture.By controlling the superheat of ladle steel within 30℃,increasing the alkalinity of LF refining slag to 3.5,controlling the soft blowing time after refining for more than 10 minutes,and controlling the continuous casting speed at 1.9±0.1 m/min,the problems of core segregation and wire breakage in 65Mn spring steel have been solved.
