摘 要:某企业的磷石膏急需处置,通过总结国内磷石膏资源化处置现状,分析焙烧磷石膏联产硫酸资源化工艺发展历史。结合目前主流的制备高纯氧化钙和水泥熟料工艺,选取某企业刚生产的新渣和尾矿库存渣,分别用碳粉和硫磺在1150℃下焙烧2 h。测试产品可见其主要成分硅酸二钙和硫化钙,氧化钙含量较低,硫回收率最大可达93.4%。根据工艺调研和试验测试结果,建议选择西建大的气体硫磺还原磷石膏制酸联产水泥熟料工艺。In order to make good resource utilization of the phosphogypsum in the factory,the current status of resource utilization of it and the development of phosphogypsum roasting technology which co-produced sulfuric acid are analyzed.Based on the current mainstream process for preparing high-purity calcium oxide and cement clinker,the results of roasting at 1150℃for 2 hours after adding carbon powder or sulfur to the fresh slag and the stocked one from tailing pond would be compared.The main ingredients of the product are dicalcium silicate and calcium sulfide,with a low calcium oxide content and a maximum sulfur recovery rate of 93.4%.According to the research and the test results,it is recommended to pick the gas sulfur reduction technology developed by Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology(XAUAT)for resource processing of phosphogypsum,which can obtain sulfuric acid and cement clinker products.
