摘 要:[目的]汇流排是城市轨道交通刚性接触网的重要组成部分,是保证城市轨道交通电力可靠传输的前提。在接触网日常运维中发现,存在汇流排接触线脱槽和中间接头下坠等异常工况。通过研制刚性接触网工况改善线夹以解决汇流排工况异常问题。[方法]分析了汇流排常见异常工况;介绍了刚性接触网工况改善线夹设计理念;通过Solidworks软件建立了刚性接触网工况改善线夹模型,分析了其性能,并通过样品现场安装测试验证了其应用的可行性。[结果及结论]刚性接触网工况改善线夹能够有效解决汇流排工况异常问题。该线夹设计结构完善,能够有效地为汇流排提供足够的夹紧力,能够维持汇流排的导高;采用可拆卸模块,可根据故障点需求灵活选择安装模块,且可循环使用;方便携带和使用,且可快速安装和拆卸。[Objective]Busbar is an important component of urban rail transit rigid catenary,and is the premise of ensuring reliable urban rail transit power transmission.Anomalies such as busbar contact wire dislocation and drooping of intermediate joints are observed during catenary daily operation and maintenance.Bar-clamps are developed to improve catenary working conditions to address these abnormal situations.[Method]Common anomalies of busbar are analyzed,and the design concept of bar-clamps for improving rigid catenary working condition is introduced.Using Solidworks software,a model of the bar-clamp is established to analyze its performance.The feasibility of its application is validated through on-site installation testing of samples.[Result&Conclusion]The bar-clamps for improving the rigid catenary working condition can effectively address the anomalies in busbar operation.The design structure of the bar-clamp is well-developed,providing sufficient clamping force for the busbar and maintaining its clearance.It adopts a detachable module,allowing flexible selection and reuse based on fault points.It is convenient to carry,use,install and dismantle quickly.
