摘 要:[目的]随着城市轨道交通线网规模的扩大,对供电设备的质量、寿命等的要求越来越高。35 kV GIS(气体绝缘金属封闭式组合电器)是供电设备中的关键部件,研究影响其微水含量变化的因素对消除电气设备安全隐患、提高电气设备质量具有重要作用。[方法]分析了35 kV GIS设备微水来源及其危害性,介绍了微水测试方法和测试流程。基于上海轨道交通9号线35 kV GIS微水测试数据,分析了GIS设备气室微水含量的变化率以及温湿度对GIS微水含量的影响。[结果及结论]不同品牌GIS微水含量差异较大。湿度变化会对GIS微水含量产生显著的正向影响,温度变化并不会对GIS微水含量产生影响,温湿度对不同品牌GIS微水含量影响差异较大。因此应制定具有针对性的GIS微水含量测试计划,并采用实时在线监测装置,不断优化测试流程,达到精益化检修的目的。[Objective]With the expansion of urban rail transit networks,the requirements for the quality and lifespan of power supply equipment are becoming increasingly demanding.The 35 kV GIS(gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear)is a critical component of power supply equipment.Studying the factors affecting its micro-water content variation plays an important role in eliminating electrical equipment safety hazards and improving the quality of electrical equipment.[Method]The sources and hazards of micro-water in 35 kV GIS equipment are analyzed,and the micro-water testing methods and procedures are introduced.Based on the micro-water testing data of 35 kV GIS in Shanghai Rail Transit Line 9,the variation rate of micro-water content in GIS equipment compartments and the influence of temperature and humidity on GIS micro-water content are analyzed.[Result&Conclusion]There are significant differences in micro-water content among GIS equipment of different brands.Humidity changes have a significant positive impact on GIS micro-water content,while temperature changes do not affect GIS micro-water content.The influence of temperature and humidity on micro-water content varies greatly among different brands of GIS.Therefore,targeted micro-water content testing plans should be formulated,and real-time online-monitoring devices should be used to continuously optimize the testing process,achieving the goal of lean maintenance.
