摘 要:[目的]接触线磨耗会影响弓网间正常受流,是影响列车运行安全的重要因素,因此快速、精确地检测接触线磨耗非常重要,提出了适用于不同导高区域的接触线快速定位磨耗检测方案。[方法]设计了多台高速线阵摄像机配合线激光的接触线磨耗检测方案,介绍了该检测方案的检测系统组成、快速定位接触线方法和具体的检测步骤。针对户外段和隧道段两种应用场景进行了接触线磨耗检测试验。[结果及结论]检测试验结果表明,该检测方案可对不同导高区域的接触线的磨耗进行检测,检测方法可行,检测精度较高。[Objective]Contact wire wear affects the normal current collection between pantograph and catenary,making it an important factor affecting train operation safety.Therefore,it is crucial to detect contact wire wear quickly and accurately.A rapid wear locating and detection scheme for contact wire applicable to different clearance zones is proposed.[Method]A detection scheme for contact wire wear using multiple high-speed line array cameras combined with line lasers is designed.The composition of the detection system,the method for rapid locating of contact wires,and specific detection steps in the detection scheme are introduced.Contact wire wear tests are conducted in outdoor and tunnel sections to address two different application scenarios.[Result&Conclusion]The test results demonstrate that this detection scheme can effectively detect wear of the contact wires in different clearance zones.The detection method is feasible and achieves high accuracy.
