摘　　要：[目的]城市轨道交通广泛采用集中式供电模式,备用电源自动投入功能保障了供电的连续性。在10 kV分段备用电源自动投入成功后,该分段继电保护装置会开启相应的保护功能——自切后加速保护和过电流与零序过电流保护。当满足保护条件,分段开关直接跳闸,断开故障区段,避免故障范围扩大。但试验发现,上海轨道交通4号线张杨路主变电所10 kV分段综合保护装置SEL351缺失上述两项保护功能,因此需针对性研究功能完善方案。[方法]介绍了张杨路主变电所10 kV供电备用电源自动投入逻辑和SEL351保护功能,分析了非正常运行方式下存在的问题,提出了修改SEL351原有内部程序、新增电气回路的功能完善方案。[结果及结论]功能完善后,上海轨道交通4号线张杨路主变电所10 kV分段综合保护装置SEL351具有自切后加速保护和过电流与零序过电流保护功能,能够保障供电安全。[Objective]Urban rail transit widely adopts a centralized power supply mode,where the backup power supply automatic switching function(backup auto-switching)ensures the continuity of power supply.After the successful implementation of standby auto-switching at 10 kV segment,the segmented relay protection device activates corresponding protection functions:self-tripping acceleration protection and overcurrent/zero-sequence overcurrent protection.When the protection conditions are met,the segment switch directly trips,isolating the fault section to prevent the expansion of fault range.However,tests reveal that the SEL351 comprehensive protection device for 10 kV segment at Zhangyang Road main substation of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 4 lacks these two protection functions,so it is necessary to study the functionality improvement scheme.[Method]The backup auto-switching logic and SEL351 protection functions at Zhangyang Road main substation are introduced,and the problems existing in abnormal operation modes are analyzed.A functionality improvement scheme is proposed,which includes modifying the original internal program of SEL351 and adding functions to the electrical circuit.[Result&Conclusion]After the functionality improvement,the SEL351 comprehensive protection device for the 10 kV segment at Zhangyang Road main substation of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 4 now possesses self-tripping acceleration protection and overcurrent/zero-sequence overcurrent protection functions,ensuring power supply safety.
