摘  要:[目的]针对上海轨道交通09A03和07A02型列车发生的ATO(列车自动牵引)牵引模式下存在的冲动问题,分析故障原因并提出改进措施。[方法]介绍了09A03和07A02型列车运行中发生冲动的故障现象;从ATO和ATP(列车自动保护)电路设计原理上对故障产生的原因进行了分析,确认是选型问题导致继电器触点卡滞粘连;提出了整改建议,并就未来新车设计方向提出了一些设想。[结果及结论]将09A03和07A02型列车ATO牵引指令继电器更换为3RH2122-2LF40型接触器,能同时满足列车对该继电器的各种要求。在后续列车的型式试验阶段,对列车ATO牵引回路、ATP牵引回路和ATO制动回路的所有负载设备进行浪涌电流检测,以在首列车生产阶段发现ATO牵引指令继电器的选型问题。[Objective]Addressing the impulse issues observed in the ATO(automatic train operation)traction mode of Shanghai rail transit 09A03 and 07A02 trains,it is aimed to analyze the causes of the faults and propose improvement measures.[Method]The occurrence of impulse faults during the operation of 09A03 and 07A02 trains.The reasons for the faults are analyzed from the perspective of ATO and ATP(automatic train protection)circuit design principles,confirming that the selection issue leads to relay contact stuck and adhesion.Improvement suggestions are provided,along with some ideas for future new train design directions.[Result&Conclusion]Replacing the ATO traction command relay of the 09A03 and 07A02 trains with the 3RH2122-2LF40 contactor can simultaneously meet various requirements of the trains for this relay.During the subsequent type test phase of the trains,surge current detection is conducted on all load devices of the ATO traction circuit,ATP traction circuit,and ATO braking circuit to identify the selection issue of the ATO traction command relay in the initial train production phase.
