摘　　要：[目的]针对传统计轴系统计轴板卡试验模式自动化程度低、准确度差的问题,设计了多区段计轴系统计轴板卡自动试验装置,可实现对计轴板卡的自动测试。[方法]分析了多区段计轴系统的工作原理和不同计轴板卡常见的故障形式,确定了该装置需要实现的基本功能。介绍了该装置的总体结构,组合式模拟行车平台、计轴组合单元、自控循迹轨道车和系统控制主机等硬件部分的结构和功能,以及计轴评估器主程序、自控循迹轨道车控制程序和监控台诊断软件等软件部分的功能。[结果及结论]该装置具备自动连续通过和磁头感应两大基本功能。该装置的自控循迹轨道车搭载可屏蔽磁头信号的水平模拟轮,按照模拟行车平台上的固定轨迹连续循环通过各个计轴磁头上方,模仿列车车轮的作用,使计轴系统不断重复计入、计出过程,实现对计轴板卡的自动化试验。使用该装置可提升计轴板卡测试效率,降低残次品进入备件库的风险,加强对返修件质量的把控能力。[Objective]Addressing the issues of low automation and poor accuracy in the conventional test mode of axle counting system axle counters,a design for an automatic test device for multi-segment axle counting system axle counter board is proposed to achieve automated testing of axle counter board.[Method]The working principles of the multi-segment axle counting system and common faults in different axle counting boards are analyzed to determine the basic functions required for the device.The overall structure of the device is introduced,including the hardware components such as the composite simulation driving platform,axle counting combination unit,self-controlled tracking rail vehicle,and system control host,as well as the software components like the axle evaluator main program,self-controlled tracking rail vehicle control program,and monitoring station diagnosis software.[Result&Conclusion]The device features two basic functions:automatic continuous passage and magnetic head induction.Equipped with a horizontally shielded magnetic head signal simulation wheel,the self-controlled tracking rail vehicle continuously cycles over each axle counter magnetic head above the fixed track on the simulation driving platform,mimicking the action of train wheels.This process ensures the continuous repetition of axle counting in and out,achieving automated testing of axle counter boards.The use of this device can improve the efficiency of axle counter testing,reduce the risk of defective products entering the spare parts inventory,and enhance control over the quality of returned parts.
