摘 要:国内主流08-475型道岔捣固车在重型道岔捣固作业中存在起道力不足、起道后轨枕横向水平精度难以保证等问题。本文通过仿真计算分析了曲股第三轨起道点距直股第一轨、第二轨起道点的距离对道岔区起道能力及起道后轨枕横向水平精度的影响,起道点与后转向架中心的间距对起道效果的影响,起道后轨枕横向水平偏差对捣固效果的影响。研究结果表明:将曲股第三轨起道点距直股第一轨、第二轨起道点的距离由3根轨枕宽度调整至1根轨枕宽度,能有效提升捣固车起道能力和轨枕横向水平精度;增大起道点与后转向架中心的间距能有效提升起道能力;起道后轨枕横向水平偏差越大,捣固作业后枕下区域道床密实度越小。The mainstream domestic 08-475 type turnout tamping machine has some problems in heavy turnout tamping operations,such as insufficient lifting force and difficulty in ensuring the lateral horizontal accuracy of rail sleepers after track lifting.This article analyzed the influence of the distance between the lifting point of the third track of the curved strand and the lifting point of the first and second tracks of the straight strand on the lifting ability of the turnout area and the lateral horizontal accuracy of the rail sleeper after track lifting through simulation calculations,the influence of the distance between the lifting point and the center of the rear bogie on the lifting effect,and the influence of lateral horizontal deviation of rail sleepers on the tamping effect after track lifting.The research results show that adjusting the distance between the lifting point of the third track of the curved strand and the lifting point of the first and second tracks of the straight strand from the width of three sleepers to the width of one sleeper can effectively improve the lifting ability of the tamping machine and the lateral horizontal accuracy of the sleepers.Increasing the distance between the lifting point and the center of the rear bogie can effectively improve the lifting ability.The greater the lateral horizontal deviation of the sleeper after track lifting,the smaller the compactness of the ballast bed in the area under the sleeper after the tamping operation will be.
