摘 要:依托沪苏通长江公铁大桥辅助墩顶钢梁施工工程,提出水中墩台顶短滑道梁上钢梁节段架设技术,滑道长度显著短于梁段总长,避免了扩大支架范围、设置水中立柱,并通过设置配重水箱及拖拉、顶升设备,在墩顶3个整节段钢梁架设及悬臂端合龙施工过程中,大幅提升了滑道梁及设备利用率,实现了整体姿态和线形的灵活调整。在节段三桁上下弦变形不匹配的条件下通过采用合理的对接方案,可以在提高临时结构利用率、保障安全性的同时,实现节点高效精准对接。Based on the construction project of the auxiliary pier top steel beam of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Rail-cum-Road Bridge,a steel beam segment erection technology on the short slide beam at the top of pier in the water was proposed in this paper.The length of the slide is significantly shorter than the total length of the beam segment,avoiding the expansion of the support range and the erection of columns in the water.By setting up a counterweight water tank,dragging and lifting equipment,the utilization rate of the slide beam and equipment is greatly improved during the erection of the three entire section steel beams on the pier top and the cantilever end closure construction process,achieving flexible adjustment of the overall posture and alignment.By adopting a reasonable docking scheme design under the condition of mismatched deformation of the upper and lower chords of the three truss segments,efficient and accurate node docking can be achieved while improving the utilization rate of temporary structures and ensuring safety.
