摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,梳理了民族传统体育现代化发展的机遇与挑战,探讨了民族传统体育现代化发展的多维度意义及路径。希望能通过加强民族传统体育保护、推进科技融合、拓宽国际交流、优化产业布局等多维度措施,来有效促进民族传统体育的现代化发展,提升民族传统体育在现代社会中的影响力和竞争力。By the literature method and other research methods,this paper first sorts out the opportunities and challenges of the modernization of traditional national sports,and then discusses its multi-dimensional significance and path,hoping to effectively promote the modernization of traditional national sports and enhance the influence and competitiveness of traditional national sports in modern society by strengthening the protection of traditional national sports,promoting the integration of science and technology,broadening international exchanges and optimizing the industrial layout.
