摘 要:在当今高等教育领域,成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)理念正逐渐被广泛引入和应用。该文首先探究了OBE及其实施架构,分析了OBE的四大实施原则,并划定了5个实施OBE模式的关键要点,并从10个方面对成果导向教育与传统教育进行了比较,发现OBE模式在高校体育公共课教学中,可以促进教育教学质量的提升,促进学生的全面发展和提升成就表现。最后,该文基于OBE模式对高校体育公共课教学改革划定了三大方向,包括从学科导向向目标导向转变、从教师中心向学生中心转变,以及从质量监控向持续改进转变。In today's field of higher education,the concept of outcome-based education(OBE)is gradually being widely introduced and applied.This article first explores OBE and its implementation architecture,analyzes the four implementation principles of OBE,and delineates five key points for implementing the OBE model.Then,this article compares OBE with traditional education from ten aspects,and finds that the OBE model can promote the improvement of education and teaching quality,promote students'comprehensive development and improve their achievement performance in the teaching of the public course of university physical education.Finally,based on the OBE mode,this article defines three major directions for the teaching reform of the public course of university physical education,including the transition from subject orientation to goal orientation,from teacher center to student center,and from quality control to continuous improvement.
