摘　　要：基于产出导向的创新实践高等院校体育专业培养模式,不仅能够更好地满足社会对体育人才的需求,还能有效提升学生的综合素质和就业竞争力,全面促进体育专业教学质量的提升。为此,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,基于产出导向的高等院校体育专业人才培养模式展开研究,先分析了当前高等院校体育专业人才培养当中所存在的问题,以及基于产出导向的高等院校体育专业人才培养实施的意义,然后提出了基于产出导向的高等院校体育专业人才培养模式的具体实施方法,旨在有效促进高等院校体育专业人才培养模式的创新。The talent training mode in physical education majors in colleges and universities based on output-oriented innovative practice can not only better meet the needs of society for sports talents,but also effectively improve the comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness of students,so as to promote the improvement of the teaching quality of physical education majors in all respects.Therefore,the paper adopts the literature method and other research methods to study the talent training mode in physical education majors in colleges and universities based on the output-oriented approach.First,it analyzes problems existing in the current talent training in physical education majors in colleges and universities,as well as the significance of implementing the talent training in physical education majors in colleges and universities based on the output-oriented approach,and then puts forward specific implementation methods for the talent training mode in physical education majors in colleges and universities based on the output-oriented approach,aiming to effectively promote the innovation of the talent training mode in physical education majors in colleges and universities.
