摘　　要：课程思政是当前人才培养改革的热点、重点和难点,该文以《基因工程制药技术》课程为例,分析其教学过程中课程思政育人功能未得到很好发挥的原因,通过优化课程建设、提升教师课程思政能力、完善课程思政评价办法3方面落实《基因工程制药技术》课程思政教学改革,以期更好地完成课程教学工作,提高课程思政育人效果。Course ideological and political education is a hot,key,and difficult topic in current talent cultivation reform.Taking the course of“Genetic Engineering Pharmaceutical Technology”as an example,this article analyzes the reasons why the ideological and political education function of the course has not been well played in the teaching process.Through optimizing course construction,enhancing teachers'ideological and political abilities in the course,and improving the evaluation methods of course ideological and political education,the reform of ideological and political education in the course of“Genetic Engineering Pharmaceutical Technology”is implemented,In order to better complete the curriculum teaching work and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum.
