党建与业务融合促进动科专业高质量发展探究

摘　　要：本研究结合学院动科专业建设定位和支部双带头人工作室建设目标,从支部标准化建设与专业建设、党员教育与教研管理、党建精神宣贯与课程思政、党员先锋模范作用与专业特色优势发挥等层面进行融合实践,党建与业务的深度融合在党建、教学、科研、社会服务等方面成效体现明显。研究表明,教师党支部书记“双带头人”工作室是党建与业务融合的一条行之有效途径,对引领带动高校党建、思想政治和业务工作提升,促进专业水平提升,有效服务乡村振兴具有重要实践意义。In combination with the construction and positioning of the animal science major of the college and the construction of the two-leader studio of the Party branch,this research integrates practice from the aspects of standardization and professional construction of the party branch,Party member education and teaching research management,Party building spirit publicity and curriculum ideology and politics,Party member vanguard exemplary role and professional characteristics advantage.The deep integration of party building and business has been evident in the aspects of party building,teaching,scientific research,and social services.The research demonstrates that the“double leader”model,implemented by teachers'Party branch secretaries,serves as an effective approach to seamlessly integrate party building and business operations.This model holds significant practical implications in guiding and propelling the enhancement of party building,ideological and political work,as well as business endeavors within colleges and universities.Moreover,it facilitates the advancement of professional standards while effectively contributing to rural revitalization.
