摘  要:本文探究了水热处理对热浸镀铝/MAO陶瓷膜层表面形貌、物相组成、耐蚀性能等方面的影响,并通过高温铝液腐蚀实验分析了热浸镀铝/MAO/水热处理试样的耐铝液腐蚀能力。结果表明:热浸镀铝/MAO/水热处理试样的陶瓷膜层主要由Al相、Al2O3相和ZrO2相组成,适宜的水热处理时间能够使得陶瓷膜层表面更加平整光滑,微孔数量减少,耐蚀性能更好。通过高温铝液腐蚀实验发现,经热浸镀铝/MAO/水热处理工艺改性后的316 L不锈钢试样表面更加平整,腐蚀失重和腐蚀速率仅为未镀膜的316 L不锈钢试样的一半。In this study,we investigated the effects of hydrothermal treatment on the surface morphology,phase composition,and corrosion resistance of hot-dip aluminum/microarc-oxidized(MAO)ceramic coatings.We also analyzed the corrosion resistance of hot-dip aluminum/MAO/hy-drothermally(HAMAOH)treated samples using high-temperature aluminum liquid corrosion experiments.The results showed that the ceramic coat-ing of the HAMAOH treated samples was mainly composed of Al,Al2O3 and ZrO2 phases.An appropriate hydrothermal treatment time can smooth the surface of the ceramic coating,reduce the number of micropores,and provide better corrosion resistance.Through high-temperature aluminum liquid corrosion experiments,the surface of the 316 L stainless steel samples modified by the HAMAOH treatment process was smoother,with only a small amount of corrosion products adhering to local areas.The corrosion weight loss and corrosion rate were only half of those of the uncoated 316 L stainless steel samples.
