摘 要:传统无机酸催化剂存在对设备腐蚀严重、环境危害、催化剂可重复使用性困难等问题,亟需开发催化活性高、可循环性能好的绿色固体酸催化剂。本文将离子液体通过共价键接枝负载于聚乙烯聚吡咯烷酮载体表面,并进一步通过硫酸酸化制备了一种新型的负载型Bronsted酸性离子液体固体酸催化剂([PVPP-PS]HSO4)。研究表明,离子液体和磺酸根被成功地接枝到聚乙烯聚吡咯烷酮载体表面,为酯化反应提供了丰富的催化活性位点,催化剂的热稳定性和结构稳定性得到了进一步提高。[PVPP-PS]HSO4催化剂用于催化酯化反应合成乙酸乙酯,乙酸乙酯的收率可达到83%,并且催化剂在循环使用6次后乙酸乙酯收率仍能保持在80%以上,是一种高效、环保、可重复使用的新型固体酸催化剂。Traditional inorganic acid catalysts suffer from issues such as severe equipment corrosion,environmental hazards,and limited catalyst reusability.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop green solid acid catalysts with high catalytic activity and excellent recyclability.In this study,an innovative approach was employed to immobilize an ionic liquid onto the surface of a polyvinylpyrrolidone-polystyrene(PVPP).Subsequent sulfonation of the composite resulted in the formation of a novel supported Bronsted acidic ionic liquid solid acid catalyst([PVPP-PS]HSO4).The successful grafting of the ionic liquid and sulfonic acid groups onto the catalsyt surface provided abundant catalytic active sites for esterification reactions,which can simultaneously prove the thermal and structural stability of the catalyst.The[PVPP-PS]HSO4 catalyst exhibited remarkable performance in the synthesis of ethyl acetate via esterification,achieving a yield of 83%.Moreover,the catalyst maintained an ethyl acetate yield above 80%even after six cycles of reuse,demonstrating its high efficiency,environmental friendliness,and reusability as a novel solid acid catalyst.
