四川盆地ZJ气田致密砂岩气藏体积压裂井应用效果分析

摘  要:体积压裂工艺给ZJ气田带来了新一轮上产高潮,但体积压裂井投产时间相对较短,生产动态规律不清晰,同时存在出砂、腐蚀等问题。针对上述问题,本文对体积压裂井开发特征进行了分析研究,总结生产规律及异常。结果表明:对于储层品质较差气井,体积压裂工艺能大幅提升气井产能;体积压裂稳产能力较差,调整气井生产制度,易破坏气井稳定生产状态;体积压裂出砂及腐蚀风险高,生产过程中应密切关注相关监测参数;气井平稳生带压下油管有助于气井携液,增强气井稳产能力。The volume fracturing technology has brought a new round of high production to the ZJ gas field,but the production time of vol-ume fracturing wells is relatively short,the production dynamic rules are unclear,and there are also problems such as sand production and corro-sion.In response to the above issues,this article analyzes and studies the development characteristics of volume fracturing wells,summarizes pro-duction laws and anomalies.The results show that for gas wells with poor reservoir quality,volume fracturing technology can significantly improve the production capacity of gas wells;The stable production capacity of volume fracturing is poor,and adjusting the production system of gas wells can easily break the environment and stabilize the production status of gas wells;Volume fracturing has a high risk of sand production and corrosion,and relevant monitoring parameters should be closely monitored during the production process;The stable production of oil pipes under pressure in gas wells helps to carry liquid and enhance the stable production capacity of gas wells.
