摘 要:石脑油加氢进料换热器是用于加氢装置中的重要设备之一,它主要负责将石脑油进料进行预热,以提高加氢反应的效率和转化率,这种设计可以有效地实现热量的传递和分离,保证石脑油进料的预热效果和加热介质的冷却效果。文章在研究过程中分析了石脑油加氢进料换热器工作原理、工艺特点、换热器设计优化方案等内容。通过对比分析,最终确定缠绕管+普通换热器方案,这种模式设计灵活、高效率、适用范围广,实现了更大范围的换热工作,进一步保障了传热效率。The naphtha hydrogenation feed heat exchanger is one of the important equipment used in hydrogenation units.It is main-ly responsible for preheating the naphtha feed to improve the efficiency and conversion rate of hydrogenation reactions.This design can effective-ly achieve heat transfer and separation,ensuring the preheating effect of the naphtha feed and the cooling effect of the heating medium.During the research process,the article analyzed the working principle,process characteristics,and design optimization scheme of the naphtha hydrogenation feed heat exchanger.Through comparative analysis,the final decision was made on the scheme of wrapped tube+ordinary heat exchanger.This mode of design is flexible,efficient,and widely applicable,achieving a larger range of heat exchange work and further ensuring heat transfer efficiency.
