摘 要:箬竹(Indocalamus tessellatus)是一种园林中广泛应用的地被竹,因其克隆繁殖的特性,极易向其周边森林扩展,从而造成森林物种多样性下降和功能的变化。为研究箬竹扩展过程中是否通过改变土壤理化性质,进而影响菌根真菌的定殖,从而影响森林群落的生长发育进而顺利完成扩展。基于此开展了以针阔混交林地(MF)、竹-林混交林地(IMF)、箬竹林地(IF)作为研究对象,并比较土壤理化性质差异和菌根真菌侵染率变化的实验。实验结果表明:0~30 cm土层理化性质波动大于30~60 cm,两者变化趋势几乎一致,箬竹扩展对土壤肥力相关参数影响大,对立地情况改造大或对植物造成不利影响;箬竹扩展导致了AM菌根真菌的侵染率下降,对菌根系统造成不利影响。根据此结果可为发展控制箬竹扩展技术、维持亚热带针阔混交林分健康提供参考意义。Indocalamus tessellatus is a widely used ground cover bamboo in gardens.Because of its clonal reproduction characteristics,it is easy to expand to its surrounding forests,resulting in a decline in forest species diversity and changes in function.In order to study whether the growth and development of forest communities were affected by changing the physical and chemical properties of the soil,the colonization of mycorrhizal fungi was affected,and the expansion was successfully completed.Based on this,experiments were carried out on coniferous and broad mixed forest land(MF),I.tessellatus-forest mixed forest land(IMF)and I.tessellatus forest land(IF),and the differences in soil physical and chemical properties and the changes of mycorrhizal fungal infection rate were compared.The experimental results show that the fluctuation of the physicochemical properties of 0~30 cm soil layer is greater than 30~60 cm,and the change trend of the two is almost the same.The expansion of bamboo has a great influence on the relevant parameters of soil fertility,and the transformation of the site situation is greater or adversely affects the plants.The expansion of I.tessellatus led to a decrease in the infection rate of AM mycorrhizal fungi,which adversely affected the mycorrhizal system.According to these results,it can provide a reference for the development of control I.tessellatus expansion technology and maintenance of subtropical coniferous and broad-mixed forest stand health.
