大学生行为影响因素的调查与分析——以邢台医学高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：为探讨大学生行为的影响因素,采用A型行为问卷调查大学生行为,检测血型以及测量血压、身高和体重,并应用SPSS11.5软件统计分析大学生行为与性别、血型、血压、BMI指数的相关性。研究结果显示:男性A型行为检出率显著高于女性;AB血型的CH值显著低于其余三种血型(P<0.05);A型行为人群收缩压显著高于其余三种行为人群(P<0.05);肥胖人群TH值显著高于过轻和正常人群(P<0.05)。及时干预A型行为,可有效预防心身疾病,促进身心健康。因此,学校应定期开展A型行为筛检,加强对肥胖、血压收缩压偏高等人群的行为监控,采取健康教育、心理辅导和体育干预等措施,帮助A型行为学生矫正行为、改善心理状态和不良生活习惯。In order to explore the factors that affect college students’behaviors,Type A behavior questionnaire was used to investigate their behaviors,blood types were detected,and blood pressure,height and weight were measured.SPSS11.5 software was used to statistically analyze the correlation between college students’behaviors and gender,blood type,blood pressure and BMI index.The research findings showed that the detection rate of male Type A behavior was significantly higher than that of female;the CH value of AB blood group was significantly lower than that of the other three blood groups(P<0.05);the systolic blood pressure of type A behavior group was significantly higher than that of the other three behaviors(P<0.05);TH value of obese people was higher than that of low weight and normal weight people(P<0.05).Intervention of Type A behavior can effectively prevent psychosomatic diseases and promote physical and mental health.Schools should regularly carry out Type A behavior screening,strengthen the behavior monitoring of obese people or people with high systolic blood pressure.Measures such as health education,psychological counseling and sports intervention should be taken to help Type A behavior students correct their behaviors,improve their psychological state and bad living habits.
