数字时代公共图书馆读者隐私信息保护研究——以我国省级公共图书馆隐私政策为视角

摘　　要：数字时代,公共图书馆数字服务的迅速发展必然带来读者隐私信息保护的巨大需求和压力。通过对32家省级公共图书馆隐私政策的调研与分析,发现我国公共图书馆读者隐私信息保护存在保护意识相对薄弱、政策制定不够健全、保护技术相对滞后等问题,进而从政策、技术、管理、意识四个层面提出相应的优化措施,以期能够切实推进图书馆读者隐私信息保护体系的建立与完善。In the digital age,the rapid development of public library digital service will inevitably brings about great demand and pressure on the protection of readers'private information.Through the research and analysis of the privacy policies of 32 provincial public libraries,it is found that the protection of readers'private information in China's public libraries exists such problems as relatively weak protection awareness,insufficient policy formulation,and relatively lagging protection technology,etc.Then corresponding optimization measures are put forward from the four levels of policy,technology,management,and awareness,in order to effectively promote the establishment and improvement of the readers'private information protection system in libraries.
