河北省吸纳京津隐性知识资源的对策研究

摘　　要：隐性知识资源是决定区域发展水平的核心变量。由于隐性知识资源存量的差距,导致河北省在京津冀协同中处于劣势地位。河北省应该通过人才交流、产业合作和成果交易、高校之间的多元互动等措施有效吸收京津地区的隐性知识资源。Tacit knowledge resources are the core variable that determines the level of regional development.Due to the gap in the stock of tacit knowledge resources,Hebei Province is at a disadvantage in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordination.Hebei Province should effectively absorb the tacit knowledge resources in the region of Beijing and Tianjin through measures such as talent exchange,industrial cooperation and achievement trading,and multiple interactions among universities.
