延续性护理干预在首发脑卒中患者家庭康复中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：讨论延续性护理干预在首发脑卒中患者家庭康复中的应用效果.选取2022年1月—2023年8月合肥市第二人民医院收治的40例首发脑卒中患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组20人,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组所用常规护理的基础上加用延续性护理.就2组护理前后的家属照护能力、康复效果、生活质量等指标展开研究.结果表明:护理3个月后,观察组家属照护能力评分和生活质量评分较对照组提升更明显(P<0.05),康复有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).在首发脑卒中患者家庭康复中应用延续性护理干预,有助于提升家属照护能力,提高患者康复效果和生活质量.This paper discussed the application effect of continuing nursing intervention in family rehabilitation for patients experiencing cerebral apoplexy for the first time 40 patients who had cerebral stroke for the first time admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from January 2022 to August 2023 were taken as research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 20 patients in each group.The control group received routine care and the observation group received continuing care in addition to the routine care used in the control group.The indexes of family care ability,rehabilitation effect and quality of life before and after nursing in two groups were studied.The results showed that after 3 months of nursing,the scores of family care ability and quality of life in the observation group were improved significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the recovery efficiency was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,the application of continuing nursing intervention in the family rehabilitation for patients with cerebral stroke for the first time is helpful to improve the family care ability,the rehabilitation effect and the life quality of patients.
