综放工作面过陷落柱底板注浆厚度研究

摘  要:针对综放工作面过陷落柱等地质构造带时极易出现煤壁片帮、架前冒落、支架陷入底板等生产难题,为优化底板注浆加固厚度,结合某矿实际地质条件,通过UDEC数值模拟对比不同注浆厚度时的支架陷底量,推导了注浆加固厚度与支架载荷和加固体强度等参数的本构关系,计算结果显示:加固厚度应随着支架载荷的增大而增大,随着注浆体强度的增大而减小;综合分析确定:当注浆厚度为1m时,支架能够适应底板的条件。依据数值模拟和理论计算结果,设计了注浆主要参数,并完成施工,实现综放工作面安全经济通过陷落柱。Aiming at the comprehensive release working face over the trapped column and other geological tec⁃tonic zone is very easy to appear coal wall slice gangs,shelf before the fall,stent into the bottom plate and other production problems,in order to optimize the thickness of the bottom plate grouting reinforcement,com⁃bined with the actual geological conditions of a mine,through the UDEC numerical simulation to compare the amount of the stent trapped in the bottom of the different thickness of the grouting,deduced the thickness of the grouting reinforcement with the stent load and the strength of the solidified body and other parameters of the principal relationship,the calculation results show that:Reinforcement thickness should increase with the increase in bracket load and decrease with the increase in strength of the grouting body;the comprehensive analysis determines that when the thickness of grouting is 1m,the bracket is able to adapt to the condition of the bottom plate.Based on the results of numerical simulation and theoretical calculation,the main parameters of grouting were designed,and the construction was completed to realize the safe and economic passage of the comprehensive workface through the trapped column.
