摘  要:针对电力机车应急供电装置内部构成复杂、运行功能多样、控制逻辑复杂、模块间通信距离长、装置内电磁干扰强等通信难题,以触摸屏作为上位机、DSP作为核心控制器、结合CAN、RS485、以太网三种通信控制方法,设计一套电力机车应急供电装置监控系统。实现了电力环境参数的采集、传输、显示以及预警功能。系统硬件配置综合考虑了程序存储空间、代码运行速度、I/O数目、电磁干扰等因素,分别开发了用于整机监控模块管理的上位机和下位机程序。并在实际运用中搭建测试平台,高效率地完成了通信需求。本系统设计可实现对电力机车应急供电装置的本机调度管理,对提高整体自动化水平有重要意义。Aiming at the communication problems such as the complex internal composition of the emergency power supply device of electric locomotives,various operation functions,complicated control logic,long com⁃munication distance between modules,and strong electromagnetic interference within the device,a set of moni⁃toring system for the emergency power supply device of electric locomotives is designed by using the touch screen as the upper computer,DSP as the core controller,and combining the three communication and control methods of CAN,RS485,and Ethernet.It realizes the collection,transmission,display and early warning func⁃tions of power environment parameters.The hardware configuration of the system takes into account the pro⁃gram storage space,code running speed,number of I/O,electromagnetic interference and other factors,and de⁃velops the upper and lower computer programs for the management of the whole machine monitoring module respectively. And build a test platform in the actual use, high efficiency to complete the communication re⁃ quirements. This system design can realize the native scheduling management of emergency power supply de⁃ vice for electric locomotives, which is of great significance to improve the overall automation level.
