摘  要:本文通过配位作用将水溶性的5,10,15,20-四-(4-对磺酸基苯基)-锌卟啉(ZnTPPS)与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)进行组装形成复合物,利用紫外—可见光分光光度计、荧光光度计等仪器对该复合物的光学稳定性、产生单线态氧的能力进行了测定。结果表明ZnTPPS/PVP复合物具有较高的稳定性,并且随着PVP的浓度提高,光学稳定性逐渐增加。更为重要的是ZnTPPS/PVP复合物可以产生较多的单线态氧,较高的电子转移能力,同时对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好的杀菌效果。In this paper,water-soluble 5,10,15,20-tetra-(4-p-sulfophenyl)-zinc porphyrin(ZnTPPS)was as⁃sembled with polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)to form a complex by ligand interaction,and the optical stability of the complex and the ability to produce single-linear oxygen were determined by using instruments such as a UV-visible spectrophotometer and fluorescence photometer.The results show that the ZnTPPS/PVP complex has high stability,and the optical stability gradually increases with the concentration of PVP.More impor⁃tantly,the ZnTPPS/PVP complex can produce more single-linear state oxygen,has higher electron transfer ability,and also has a better bactericidal effect against Staphylococcus aureus.
