摘 要:人工智能时代社会飞速发展,大众的生活与学习节奏急剧加快,面临的价值选择多元化,给当代大学生的学习、生活和职业发展等各个方面带来了巨大挑战,大学生空心病现象凸显。已有诸多研究调查大学生空心病的现状、表现、成因及对策等,但研究无法从定量角度回答空心病的机制问题,缺乏针对性的干预途径。事实上,大学生生活压力事件对空心病水平有显著的正向预测作用;大学生生活压力事件可通过心理资本的中介作用间接预测空心病水平;家庭功能与大学生的生活压力事件、空心病水平显著负相关,但是对二者关系的调节作用不显著。提出了对大学生空心病的预防建议:首先,应重视生活压力事件对大学生空心病的影响;其次,要提高大学生的心理资本水平;最后,要促进家庭功能的良好发挥。In the era of artificial intelligence,society is developing rapidly,and the pace of life and learning for the general public is accelerating dramatically,presenting a diverse range of value choices.This has brought significant challenges to various aspects of contemporary college students'studies,employment,and life,highlighting the phenomenon of empty-heartedness dis⁃ease among them.Many studies have investigated the current status,manifestations,causes,and countermeasures of this phenome⁃non among college students,but they fail to answer the mechanistic questions of empty-heartedness disease from a quantitative perspective and lack targeted intervention methods.In fact,life stressful events in college students have a significant positive pre⁃dictive effect on the level of empty-heartedness disease;life stressful events can indirectly predict the level of empty-heartedness disease through the mediating role of psychological capital.Additionally,family function is significantly negatively correlated with both life stressful events and the level of empty-heartedness disease in college students,but its moderating effect on their relation⁃ship is not significant.The recommendations for preventing empty-heartedness disease among college students include:firstly,paying attention to the impact of life stressful events;secondly,enhancing the level of students'psychological capital;and finally,promoting the effective functioning of family dynamics.
