摘  要:随着石油工业勘探开发的不断深入,油气井开发工况趋于复杂,管柱失效问题日益凸显,已成为困扰石油工业后期可持续发展的一大难题。通过对油管接头断口处形貌、理化性能、显微组织和腐蚀产物进行分析,确定油管失效模式为塑性断裂特征,主要原因是过载引起的屈服断裂失效;其次,CO_(2)与H_(2)S的耦合腐蚀反应与管体自身的材料缺陷也是油管发生断裂失效的重要原因,为油管接头断裂失效的进一步研究提供了理论依据及技术支撑。With the deepening of exploration and development in the petroleum industry,the development conditions of oil and gas wells tend to be complicated,and the problem of pipe failure becomes prominent,which has become a major problem troubling the sustainable development of the petroleum industry in the later period.Based on the analysis of the fracture morphology,physical and chemical properties,microstructure and corrosion products,it is firstly determined that the failure mode of tubing is plastic fracture,and the main reason is the yield fracture failure caused by overload.Secondly,the coupling corrosion reaction of CO_(2)and H_(2)S and the material defect of the pipe body are also important reasons for the fracture failure of the tubing.All this provides a theoretical ba-sis and technical support for the further study of the fracture failure of the tubing joint.
