摘 要:鉴于地方监管部门对压力容器日益严格的管理要求,阳江LNG项目根据要求及专家建议,项目再冷凝器采用1用1备方式进行配置,以便再冷凝器进行压力容器定期检验时项目依然可以维持正常运行,这与国内已建、在建LNG接收站再冷凝器配置方式存在明显不同。为明确再冷凝器增加备用的必要性,通过分析BOG主流处理工艺存在的问题,结合已建LNG接收站运营、检修和阳江LNG项目的实际情况,从接收站运营、检修便利性、经济性等方面出发,提出“3台BOG压缩机+1台再冷凝器+2台BOG增压机”的BOG处理方案。通过增加BOG增压机替代备用再冷凝器,不仅有效规避了最小外输量的限制,避免正常外输受限时BOG系统超压产生火炬排放,还提升了项目运营效率、节省了投资、降低了运营检修风险,同时可以保障项目后期运行工况更为灵活主动,在初步设计阶段采用具有借鉴意义。In order to meet the increasingly strict management requirements of local regulatory authorities for pressure vessels,the Yangjiang LNG project adopts the 1-use and 1-standby mode of recondenser configuration according to expert suggestions,so that the project can still maintain normal operation when the recondenser conducts regular inspection of pressure vessels,which is obvi-ously different from the configuration of recondenser in domestic LNG receiving stations that have been built or are under construc-tion.In order to clarify the necessity of adding backup for the recondenser,through the analysis of the problems existing in the main-stream treatment process of BOG,combined with the operation and maintenance of the existing LNG receiving station and the actual situation of Yangjiang LNG project,the BOG treatment scheme of"3 BOG compressors+1 recondenser+2 BOG supercharger"is pro-posed.from the perspective of operation,maintenance convenience and economy of the receiving station.Adding the BOG supercharg-er instead of the spare recondenser not only effectively avoids the limit of the minimum external transmission,avoids the BOG system overpressure and flare emission when the normal external transmission is limited,but also improves the operation efficiency of the project,saves investment,reduces the risk of operation and maintenance,and ensures that the later operation conditions of the project are more flexible and active.Therefore,it has reference for the use in preliminary design stage.
