摘  要:石化企业计量仪表种类多,应用范围广,目前已实现计量仪表信号信息化采集、统计、报送,在企业生产经营、节能降耗、降本增效中发挥着“眼睛”作用。但在计量仪表运行报警监控方面却只停留在上下限报警,大部分依靠人工分析,未实现精准智能化预警报警。设计研究了计量仪表智能化报警方案,阐述了仪表本体报警数据源采集、大数据分析方法、报警统计分析等内容。该系统的预警报警效果较好,对于现代工业流程的安全生产及经营决策具有一定的现实意义。There are many kinds of measuring instruments in petrochemical enterprises with a wide range of applications.At present,the information collection,statistics and reporting of measuring instrument signals have been realized,which plays the role of"eyes"in enterprise production and operation,energy saving and consumption reduction,and cost reduction and efficiency increase.Howev-er,in terms of alarm monitoring of meter operation,it only stays at the upper and lower limits of alarm,most of which rely on manual analysis and do not achieve accurate and intelligent early warning alarm.The intelligent alarm scheme of the meter was designed and studied,and the data source collection,big data analysis method and alarm statistical analysis of the meter ontology were described in detail.The system has good early warning and alarm effect,and has strong practical significance for the safe production and manage-ment decision of modern industrial process.
