摘 要:海上高温气井若发生井口抬升可能引发灾难性后果,需要提前预测。相关企业标准提供了海上油气井井口抬升的基本计算方法,但计算结果与实际情况存在一定的偏差。通过改进全封固套管自由活动段长度的计算方法,校正水泥环与套管综合摩阻,考虑更多的影响因素如油管轴向力等研究,对井口抬升基本计算方法进行补充和优化。选取海上某区块高温气井进行案例分析,结果表明,优化后计算结果更符合实际,计算误差更小,为井口抬升的预防提供指导。The occurrence of wellhead uplift in high temperature offshore gas wells can lead to catastrophic consequences and needs to be predicted in advance.The relevant enterprise standard provides the basic calculation method of wellhead lifting in offshore oil and gas wells,but the calculation result has some deviation from the actual situation.The basic calculation method of wellhead lift was supplemented and optimized by improving the calculation of the length of the free movement section of the fully sealed casing,correcting the comprehensive friction between the cement ring and casing,and considering more influential factors such as the axial force of the tubing.A high-temperature gas well in an offshore block was selected for case analysis.The results show that optimized calculation results are more in line with the reality and the calculation error is smaller,which provides better guidance for the preven-tion of wellhead uplift.
