摘  要:为了解决神木气田榆阳区域实施的深探井、煤岩气井、盐下高含硫井、储气库井等井型Φ311.2 mm及以上大井眼井段钻井过程中因井眼尺寸大导致的机械钻速低、井眼轨迹控制难度大、井壁易失稳垮塌、井眼净化困难、固井质量难以保证等技术难题,在分析制约Φ311.2 mm及以上大井眼井段钻井提速技术难点的基础上,开展高效提速工具优选配套、井眼轨迹控制技术、井眼净化技术及强抑制KCl钻井液体系优化研究,配套形成了Φ311.2 mm及以上大井眼钻井提速关键技术,包括:高效提速工具集成配套、大井眼轨迹控制技术、大井眼净化技术、强抑制盐水聚磺钻井液技术及高效堵漏技术,并在储气库、盐下井开展试验,推广应用完井10口,大井眼井段平均钻井周期21.14 d,平均机械钻速9.95 m/h,分别较应用前的钻井周期缩短了18.27%,机械钻速提高了17.14%,钻井过程无井下复杂、故障,提速效果显著。实践表明,该技术为神木气田榆阳区域Φ311.2 mm及以上大井眼的安全、优质、快速钻井提供了技术支撑。In order to solve the technical problems such as low ROP,difficulty in well trajectory control,instability and collapse of borehole wall,dificulty in borehole purification,and difficulty in cementing quality assurance caused by the large borehole size of deep exploration well,coal-rock gas well,pre-salt high-sulfur well,gas storage well and other large borehole sections with@311.2 mm and above in Yuyang area of Shenmu Gas field,the research on the selection and matching of efficient speed increase tools,borehole trajectory control technology,borehole purification technology and the optimization of drlling fluid system with strong inhibition of KCl was carried out based on the analysis of the technical difficulties restricting the drlling speed increase in large hole sections withΦ311.2 mm and above.The key technologies for drilling speed increase in large boreholes ofΦ311.2 mm and above were formed,including the integration of efficient speed increase tools,large borehole trajectory control technology,large borehole purification tech-nology,strong inhibition salinepolysulfonate drlling fluid technology and efficient plugging technology,and tests were carried out in gas storage and pre-salt wells,and then this technologies were applied to 10 wells completed.The results show that the average drilling cycle of the large hole section was 21.14 days,and the average mechanical drlling rate was 9.95 m/h.Compared with before the applica-tion,the dilling cycle was shortened by 18.27%,and the mechanical drilling rate was increased by 17.14%.There was no complex and fault in the drlling process,and the speed increase effect was significant.The practice shows that these technologies provides technical support for the safe and high quality rapid drlling ofΦ311.2 mm and above in Yuyang block of Shenmu gas field.
