摘 要:渤南区域XX油田目标开发层系为沙河街组,平均井深在3800 m以上,该油田含油层位多,钻遇地质条件复杂,在开发井实施过程中井壁失稳、漏失、卡钻现象频发,严重影响钻井作业安全高效进行。以油田地质特点为背景,深入分析该区域钻井技术难点,通过实施井眼轨迹优化、井眼轨迹控制技术、井身结构精细化设计、钻井液优化设计等技术,在调整井实钻过程中,未出现粘卡、地层坍塌、漏失等复杂情况,套管未旋转顺利下放到位,钻井时效100%,平均单井实际工期13.55 d,较平均单井设计工期节约6.2 d,提速31.4%。该技术的成功应用,对渤南区域沙河街组复杂结构油藏高效开发具有借鉴意义。The target development layer system of XX oilfield in Bonan area is Shahejie group,with an average well depth of more than 3800 m.There are many oil-bearing reservoirs in this oilfield,and the drilling geological conditions are complex.During the im-plementation of development wells,the wellwall instability,loss and drilling tool stuck occur frequently,which seriously affect the safe and efficient implementation of drilling operations.Based on the geological characteristics of oil field,this paper analyzed the techni-cal difficulties of drlling in this area.Through the implementation of welltrajectory optimization,well trajectory control technology,fine design of well structure,drilling fluid optimization design and other technologies,there was no sticky,formation collapse,loss and other complicated situations in the process of adjusting well drlling.The casing was put into place smoothly without rotation,and the drilling time efficiency was 100%.The average actual construction time of each well was 13.55 days,which was 6.2 days saving and 31.4%faster than the design construction time.Therefore,the successful application of this technology has reference significance for the efficient development of complex structure reservoirs in Shahejie formation in Bonan area.
