防粘养膜方联合人工周期疗法干预宫腔粘连术后薄型子宫内膜临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察防粘养膜方联合人工周期疗法干预宫腔粘连术后薄型子宫内膜的效果。[方法]选取符合纳入标准的宫腔粘连术后薄型子宫内膜患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组实施人工周期治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予防粘养膜方口服治疗。对比两组患者的中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜形态类型、月经量及宫腔粘连评分。[结果]治疗后两组中医证候积分均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05),子宫内膜类型优于对照组(P<0.05);月经量改善疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),宫腔粘连评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用防粘养膜方联合人工周期疗法能缓解宫腔粘连术后薄型子宫内膜患者的中医证候,改善其子宫内膜厚度、形态类型,增加月经量,预防宫腔再粘连。[Objective]To observe the effect of Fangzhan Yangmo decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy on thin endometrium after intrauterine adhesions.[Methods]A total of 60 patients with thin endometrium after intra-uterine adhesions who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial cycle treatment,and the observation group was treated with Fangzhan Yangmo decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology type,menstrual volume and intrauterine adhesion score of the two groups were com-pared.[Results]After treament,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and the score in the observa-tion group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the endometrial type was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of menstrual volume improvement was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the in-trauterine adhesion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Fangzhan Yangmo decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy can alleviate the TCM syndromes of patients with thin endometrium after intra-uterine adhesions,improve their endometrial thickness and morphological type,increase menstrual volume,and prevent intrauterine re-adhesion.
